The concept for Nightmare is something I like to call "manufactured fear". I find it so interesting how culture and media has conditioned us to fear certain things. For instance a young girl wearing white, in dire need of a hair cut. That said, if I saw something like that on a subway (alone!) I would quietly gather my things with as much dignity as possible and leave ^_^"
